Ingredients
110g/4oz rolled puff pastry, cut into long strips, approx. 15cm x 4cm/6in x 1¾in
55g-85g/2-3oz cheddar cheese, grated
pinch of salt
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7.
2. Lay the pastry strips on a flat surface and sprinkle with cheese. Twist
around to form a twirl and place on a non-stick baking tray. Sprinkle with a
pinch of salt.
3. Bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes or until crisp and golden.
4. Remove from the oven and serve. |
