Ingredients
100g/3½oz minced beef
1 slice of beef tomato, diced
1 tsp mustard
dash of Tabasco sauce
salt and freshly ground black pepper
½ red onion, peeled and diced
30g/1oz peas
1 large slice of beef tomato
55g/2oz stilton cheese
splash of cream
Method
1. Place the beef, tomato, mustard, Tabasco and seasoning into a large bowl and
mix together until well combined.
2. Heat a little oil in a non-stick-frying pan and fry the onion for a few
minutes to soften.
3. Add the beef mixture with the peas and fry for 5-6 minutes, until browned and
cooked through.
4. Place the slice of tomato onto a baking tray and spoon the beef mixture on
top.
5. Mix the stilton and cream together in a bowl.
6. Place the stilton cheese on top of the beef and then grill on high for 8-10
minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
7. Serve. |
