Ingredients
85g/3oz taleggio cheese, cut into 4 wedges
8 salami slices
1 handful rocket leaves
drizzle of balsamic vinegar
drizzle of olive oil
Method
1. Wrap two slices of the salami around each wedge of cheese.
2. Heat a non-stick frying pan. Gently fry the wrapped wedges for 2-3 minutes on
each side, or until crispy.
3. Remove from the pan and serve on a bed of rocket leaves drizzled with
balsamic vinegar and olive oil. |
