Ingredients
30g/1oz butter
1 slice of fresh bread
85g/3oz cambozola cheese, sliced
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1-2 tsp white wine
Method
1. Preheat the grill to high.
2. Heat the butter in a small ovenproof frying pan. When the butter begins to
foam add the sliced bread and fry gently until golden and toasted on both sides.
3. Remove the pan from the hob and place the sliced cheese on top of the bread.
4. Season to taste, add sprinkle over the white wine. Place the pan under the
hot grill for 2-3 minutes, until melted and golden.
5. Serve. |
