Ingredients
150g/5¼oz stilton, cut into chunks
Parma ham slices
drizzle of oil
½ red onion, peeled and cut into wedges
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Method
1. Wrap the stilton chunks in slices of Parma ham.
2. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the wrapped stilton with the
red onion wedges for a few minutes until golden.
3. Remove from the heat and transfer to a serving dish.
4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve. |
