110g/4oz unsalted butter
110g/4oz self-raising flour
2 eggs
1-2 tbsp cocoa powder
butter, for greasing
55g/2oz ginger biscuits, crushed
For the sauce
2 tbsp honey
4 tbsp caster sugar
splash of milk
1-2 tbsp cocoa powder
