Ingredients
6 digestive biscuits
6 strawberries, sliced
100g/3½oz marshmallows
black cherry juice, to drizzle

Method
1. Spread the biscuits out on a baking tray.
2. Top with the strawberries and marshmallows.
3. Caramelise with a blow-torch for a few seconds.
4. Drizzle with black cherry juice, and serve.
