Toffee, bananas and ice cream, with a little magic from AWT

Ingredients
4 ready-made pancakes
8 bananitos bananas/apple bananas or 4 normal bananas
22g/1½tbsp hazelnut chocolate spread
90g/6tbsp banoffee toffee sauce
vanilla ice cream to serve

Method
1. Place the pancakes in foil in a preheated oven to warm the pancakes.
2. Warm the banoffee sauce in small pan. Slice the bananas lengthways and add to the pan. Heat until the sauce is bubbling around the hot bananas.
3. Remove the pancakes and place four pieces of banana and some banoffee sauce on each pancake. Roll up the pancakes and place on a serving dish.
4. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on to each pancake. Spoon the chocolate sauce into a piping bag and drizzle a little over the top.
5. Serve immediately while the pancakes are warm.
