Ingredients 570ml/1pt full fat milk 200g/7oz cornmeal
polenta 1 garlic clove, crushed 85g/3oz Irish cheddar, grated 1 handful
mixed soft fresh herbs, chopped salt freshly ground black pepper
Method 1. In a medium pan, gently bring the milk to a simmer. 2.
Stir in the polenta and garlic until it begins to thicken, then stir in the
remaining ingredients until cooked through. 3. Serve. |
