Ingredients
2 tsp golden syrup
½ tsp vanilla essence
2 egg yolks
1 waffle, crumbled
6 tbsp double cream
55g/2oz chocolate pieces
icing sugar, to dust
Method
1. Mix the syrup, vanilla and egg yolks in a bowl until combined. Add the waffle
pieces and stir to coat.
2. Place the waffle mixture in a small ovenproof dish. Pour the cream over and
scatter the chocolate pieces over.
3. Cook in the microwave on high for 4-5 minutes.
4. Carefully remove and then dust generously with icing sugar. Using a
blow-torch, glaze the top until golden. Serve. |
