Ingredients
2 slices of madeira cake, cut into circles
2 slices of marizpan, cut into two circles (one should be large enough to cover
the top and sides of the cake)
11 small marzipan balls
Method
1. Place one slice of cake onto a plate and top with the smaller circle of
marzipan.
2. Place the other slice of cake on top and then cover with the remaining circle
of marzipan. Make sure it covers the sides and and trim away any excess.
3. Arrange the small marzipan balls on top and serve. |
