Ingredients
70g/2½oz self-raising flour
70g/2½oz cornflour
140g/5oz caster sugar
4 eggs
170g/6oz raisins
5 tbsp golden syrup
icing sugar, for dusting
extra golden syrup, for drizzling

Method
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
2. Place the self-raising flour, cornflour, caster sugar and eggs into a food processor. Blend together until a batter is formed.
3. Spoon the batter into a baking tray, which has been lined with silicone paper, then place into the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until cooked and golden.
4. Remove from the oven, sprinkle the raisins on top of the base, then drizzle with the golden syrup.
5. Roll the Swiss roll up, dust with icing sugar, and drizzle with more golden syrup, to your liking.
