Ingredients
2 thin slices of bread, cut into rounds
30g/1oz parmesan, grated
30g/1oz sun-dried tomatoes
1 tbsp basil, shredded
1 egg, beaten with 1 tbsp milk, to make an egg wash
knob of butter
Method
1. Place the ingredients on the middle of one of the bread rounds. Brush the
edges with egg wash and cover with the other bread round and seal. Butter the
bread and coat with the egg wash.
2. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the stuffed bread for 1-2 minutes on
each side.
3. Serve. |
