Ingredients
200g/7¼oz blueberries
1 lemon, juice only
1 lime, juice only
55g/2oz caster sugar
½ can of rice pudding
Method
1. Place the blueberries, lemon and lime juice and caster sugar into a
liquidiser or mini food processor and blend together until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a serving bowl.
3. Gently reheat the rice pudding in a pan for a few minutes.
4. Spoon the rice pudding on top of the blueberry sauce to serve |
