Ingredients:
- 6 tbsp Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
- 2½ cup Milk
- ½ tsp Vanilla
- Whipped Cream
- 2½ cup Light Cream
- Pinch of Cinnamon Powder
- 6 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa
Method:
- Mix cocoa, salt, and sugar.
- Add milk. Heat to dissolve.
- Add light cream, cinnamon, vanilla. Heat to just under boiling.
- Mix very well and pour into warm mug.
- Top with whipped cream, and cocoa powder.
Tip:
Sprinkle a couple of pinches of cocoa powder over the frothy top of a cup of
Coffee for that extra flavour and garnish. |
