ngredients:

3 tbsps Oil
½ tsp Sugar
1 tsp Ajwain
Chilli Powder
½ tsp Turmeric
500 gms Paneer
3/4cup Gram flour
Anardana powder
1 tsp Grated Ginger
1 tsp Crushed Garlic
½ tsp Garam Masala
Salt according to taste
½ tsp Tandoori Masala
2 Onions sliced into thin rings
½ tbsp chopped Coriander leaves

Method:
Cut paneer into small cubes.
Make a thick paste with flour, turmeric powder, ginger, garlic, ajwain, tandoori masala and garam masala.
If necessary sprinkle 2-3 tbsp water while making paste. Mix well by adding half tablespoon oil.
Marinate onions and paneer cubes in the paste for 10-15 minutes.
Fry paneer pieces until brown.
Keep aside the remaining marinate paste.
Heat oil, add onions and cook till light brown.
Add marinate paste and stir well. Add fried paneer, chilli powder, anardana powder, sugar and salt and mix well.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot.

Tip: Potatoes rot quickly if stored near onions.To prevent potatoes from budding, place an apple in the bag with the potatoes!
