Ingredients:
2 tsps Sesame Oil
200 gms Mushrooms
1 tsp Seasame seeds
Oil for deep frying
Salt according to taste
For Batter
30 ml Oil
30 gms Corn Flour
150 gms Refined Flour
40 gms Baking powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
For the batter
Mix all ingredients except oil in water. Make a batter of coating consistency.
Add oil to the batter and rest for a while. Mix again thoroughly.
Season mushrooms with salt and sesame oil.
Add sesame seeds to the batter.
Dip mushrooms in the batter and fry over medium heat till golden brown.
Serve hot with sweet and sour sauce.
Tip: To avoid apple slices turning brown brush the apple slices with lemon
juice.
