Ingredients:
½ tsp Chilli powder
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 tsps Garam Masala
Salt acording to taste
150 gms raw Peanuts
150 gms raw Cashews
150 gms shelled Pistachios
160 gms blanched Almonds
Method:
Heat oil in a pan; cook the peanuts, stirring, until browned lightly; drain on
absorbent paper.
Repeat process with remaining nuts.
Cook spices in same pan, stirring, until fragrant. Combine spices with nuts and
salt in a large bowl; cool.
Tip: Peel and cut potatoes and boil them in water in which a little vinegar is
added . It will retain their texture & will be done in no time.It will also
avoid bad odor and to give a good color to old potatoes.
