Ingredients:
¼ stick Butter
2/3 cup Buttermilk
1 tbsp Garlic paste
750 gm Potatoes, unpeeled
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Method:
The potatoes should be scrubbed, cut in pieces, and brought to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium and cook until tender, for about 20 minutes.In a separate
pan saute'' garlic.
Add potatoes, buttermilk and thoroughly mash. Don''t use a blender unless you
want the potatoes to be creamy.
Tip: Wrap paneer in blotting paper while storing in the refrigerator. It will
stay fresh for days together.
