Ingredients:
2 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Soya sauce
½ cup Orange juice
2 tsp Sesame seeds
1 tbsp grated Ginger
3 large Sweet potatoes
Method:
Preheat oven to 400°.
Cut off the pointy tips of the sweet potatoes and discard. Peel sweet potatoes;
cut them into 1-inch squares.
Put the pieces in a wide, shallow baking pan or an ovenproof skillet.
Drizzle with oil and stir the potatoes, turning to coat them with oil. Sprinkle
with sesame seeds, salt and pepper.
Place in the oven to bake for 30 minutes.
Combine ginger, honey, orange juice and soya sauce; stir to dissolve honey.
When the sweet potatoes have baked 30 minutes, pour the orange juice mixture
over the potatoes, stir and bake 10 more minutes, until potatoes are tender and
dressing has been absorbed.
Tip: Adding half a tsp of sodium bicarbonate in the milk while boiling will not
spoil the milk even if you don't put it in the fridge.
