Ingredients:
1 tbsp Besan
1 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tsp Garlic crushed
Salt according to taste
½ tsp Tandoori powder
2 Green Chillies crushed
1 Pomfret (washed with incisions in the fish)
Method:
Marinate fish for 5-6 hours with all ingredients and grill the fish.
Tip: To retain firm texture of fish, add lemon juice when cooking is completed.
