Ingredients:
- 1 Lemon
- Ice cubes
- Sprigs of Mint
- Sugar, to taste
- 1 large Pineapple
- 4 Passion fruit (optional)
Method:
- Put the pineapple through the juicer.
- Add the juice of a lemon and pour into a jug of ice.
- Stir in the flesh and seeds of 3 passionfruit and top with the remainder.
- Depending in the sweetness and ripeness of the pineapple add sugar.
- Garnish with mint.
Tip: Adding half a tsp of sodium
bicarbonate in the milk while boiling will not spoil the milk even if you don't
put it in the fridge. |
