Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tender Coconuts
- 1 drop Kewra essence
Method:
- Remove water from coconuts.
- Break open and scrape the tender malai.
- Add sugar and essence to coconut water.
- Chill the Mixture well.
- Run the mixture in a mixer.
- Serve while frothy.
Tip: To keep coconut kernels
fresh rub a little salt over them, or sprinkle a little salt water on them |
