Ingredients:
1 cup Oil
½ tsp Salt
½ cup Flour
1 tbsp Water
½ tsp Tumeric
1 tsp Lemon juice
1½ tsp minced Garlic
10-12 Chicken wings
1½ tsp minced Ginger
Method:
Remove wing tips. Cut each wing in half at the joint.
In a mixing bowl combine the wings and other ingredients except the oil. Mix,
cover and refrigerate 3 hrs.
In a large, deep pan heat the oil, add wings and fry until golden brown on both
sides- 12 min total.
Tip: Freeze chicken bones to use in soups or stocks.
