Ingredients:
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Mustard
¼ cup Mayonnaise
500 gm minced Meat
2 tbsp chopped Onions
1 tbsp chopped Parsley
750 gm medium Mushrooms
Method:
Combine and mix ingredients well, except mushrooms.
Wash mushrooms thoroughly and remove stems.
Shape mixture into small balls and place in mushroom cap.
Broil about 2 inches from heat or in oven 10-15 minutes.
Tip: Don't salt meat before you cook it. The salt forces the juices out
and impedes browning. Instead, salt meat halfway through cooking, then taste
when the meat is done and adjust the salt as needed.
