Ingredients:

3 tbsp Ghee
750 gm Meat
1 Red Pepper
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp minced Garlic
2 tbsp Mild Curry paste
100 gm chopped Onions
50 gm chopped Tomatoes
1 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped

Method:
Cut the meat into small cubes.
Heat the Ghee in a karahi.
Stir fry the garlic for a minute, then add the onion and continue for 5 minutes.
Using a 2.25 - 2.75 litre casserole dish with lid, combine the fried ingredients and the meat. Add the red pepper, and tomato and place in preheated oven (375°F / 190°C / Gas)
After 20 minutes, inspect and stir adding water if it is becoming too dry, (it should be quite dry).
Repeat 20 minutes later, adding the remaining ingredients and salt to taste. Cook for 20 more minutes or to your liking.

Tip: It's easier to slice meat and chicken thinly if they are partially frozen. Wrap the meat or chicken in plastic wrap and freeze for 15 minutes.
